shanghai trip day 2 to day 8 (:

day 2 : suzhou - went to visit the silk factory.. saw how they "extract" the silk from the whole cocoon.. silk blankets, clothings where available there.. and my mum bought some silk blankets and covers.. they wasn't very cheap laa.. 1 whole set and 2 covers cost up to few hundred SG dollars laa..there was a 'fashion show' also.. the models really.. omg.. no make up and super ugly.. if no make up and pretty got nothing to say right.. but all so ugly some more nv put make up.. low class models.. hahaha.. den went to wu zhen.. this place is some sort of tourist attraction and actually there's still residents living there.. some how oso for tourists to see how is the lifestyle of ppl staying there.. and also the ppl living there make their own cloth and dye like.. batik and i claimed its the chinese style of batik.. lols.. and wine making and stuffs.. haha.. next, took the bus for about 2 hours if i never remember wrongly to hangzhou.. firstly, visited the wan song academy.. this place is some how related to kong zi.. lol.. i cannot really remember.. and all the aunties in my grp were like.. who still studying must pray for good results all those.. my mom also said so.. so just did wad they said.. lol.. den next, went to west lake museum.. was kinda crap.. not much things to see.. next, went to xi hu(west lake).. where liang shan bo and zhu ying tai (known as chinese romeo and juliet) dated before.. den went for dinner near to xi hu and went for a show.. the show was very interesting.. one part was like the "qian shou guan ying".. the show was worth while.. hehs.. and went to the hotel to zZz.. hehs..

day 3 : went to take the lake cruise and see west lake.. super peaceful journey.. lol.. after the 'cruise' ride, we walk to some where near to the jetty.. its like a garden, lots of mu dan flower and maple leaves! i love maple leaves! looks super good! reminds me of my america trip in P1 :x after dat, we went to this tea leaf plantation.. mainly long jing tea.. and the so called most wonderful thing is dat the tea leaves actually could be eaten.. and it tastes like seaweed.. haha.. ask juan.. he oso got eat.. (dats wad he told me when he was back) lol.. and of cos bought tea leaves.. its not cheap la.. bought the better quality ones.. and juan rich enough to buy cha wang (tea king - direct translation :x) yep, the bus journey to nan jing was super long.. haha.. and at night, we went to the nan jing night market.. some how like pasar malam.. the things there can bargain like donno wad.. the ppl there noe u're not local den they'll try to "kok" your $$.. so evil right?? its so obvious la.. and 1 shop keeper so bloody F****R~~ omgg.. ask me personally if u wanna noe! hahas! yep.. after dat, back to hotel.. ha~ zZz~~

day 4 : firstly, the day started at this place which changjiang bridge could be seen.. the bridge was super long and also both sides of the bridge is the well known - chang jiang.. yupps.. after dat, went into the tower and went to see this artist.. heard that he's very famous.. haha.. he paints into artificial crystal balls with the middle hollowed and there's a hole for the special paint brush to go in and paint.. which means the master must paint opposite way so dat it will be reflected on the outside of the 'crystal'.. yeps.. next went to this place called mo chou hu (sorrow-free lake) the scenery there was awesome and air cleaner den shanghai city.. heh.. went to some sight seeing places forgotten the name :x

day 5: went to this place, very cool, called "san guo cheng.. this is where some tv shows are taken yea.. got to watch a show there.. like some very olden scenes.. got horses and ppl wearing those armour kind of clothes.. haha.. i don't know how to describe it.. yep, after dat, went to this place sell tea pots.. known to have good tea pots, but my mum didnt buy though was kinda tempted to buy.. looks very nice.. and there's some collectors' tea pot set.. was super ex.. but its kinda worth it.. den i told my mum wanna buy den buy the collectors' but we didn't intend to buy laa.. very troublesome sia.. yupp.. after dat,

day 6: not much pics taken.. and cannot really recall abt day 6 :x

day 7: free & easy day.. went on a mission to get my sister's pipa string.. haha.. had to ask around where to get it.. yup, and got some useful info from the hotel's info. counter.. me and my mum tried some thing other tour mates dun get to.. haha.. we took "mrt".. haha.. was quite similar to SG's.. went shopping again.. haha.. shopped for the whole day ah.. TIRED is the word.. lols.. settled at mac for dinner.. was cheap and good.. i liked it.. haha.. but the sad thing, no chilli sauce.. lol! yea.. back to hotel after SHOPPINGGG~

day 8: last day already.. went to do the so called last minute shopping.. went to the market to buy some stuffs back to SG.. then checked out of the hotel and went to cheng huang miao to shop.. yea.. we went there again.. there's many yummy food there.. not forgetting the xiao long bao.. is super nice.. and cheap too.. 16 pieces for RMB 10.. which is SGD $2 only.. cheap and good food.. also tried the tang bao there.. the bao so hard, think cannot be eaten.. lols.. walk and walk, walk till the dong fang ming zhu ta.. took some pics and left.. after dat, went back to the hotel lobby at 4+, alot of them were there alrd cos they donno where to go and slacked there yea.. haha.. tried to have some sleep there.. and when some others gathered, some went to eat.. i decided to go with one of my tour mate to eat mac.. but unfortunately, cannot find any.. so we went to eat KFC.. and the ppl there, really cute.. haha.. when we asked for chilli sauce, they gave and said, "you yi dian la" - translated "its a little spicy" haha.. when we ate, was totally sweet chilli.. lol.. i took away food to the hotel lobby for my mum too (: went up the bus, proceeded to the airport.. and home sweet home :D
