school and my little bunnies!

hellooo! seems like an early update this week! hah!

finally! i am some sort of FREE! heh :D uploading many pictures in this post! no food this time! the pics of my bunnies! :D

last monday was our design modules lesson at design school! Textile Fundamentals- YAWNS! the lesson very boring! for Lifestyle Sewing we learnt how to use the sewing machine! but still the worst thing is that there's so projects!!! OMGGG!

as for U-art, there's also a couple of projects to work on! and need to do mosiac! many many things to do this sem! and i better start revising my work!

as for my 2 science modules PBPN (Principles of Biochemistry & Physiology for Nutrition) and NLS (Nutrition Across the Life Span), PBPN is very of like HAP (Human Anatomy & Physiology)! goodness! more new terminologies and ALOT of things to learn and understand! for NLS, i guess more of memory work? will start revising my work for topic 1! shouldn't do last min work! all i have to do is - study and pass! :)

FOOD HOTEL ASIA (FHA) 2008

WOW! finally an update! i am really busy this week, so always updates will be on weekends! heh xD

first week of school was lax! haha.. mon and thurs no school! so thurs i went to FHA at expo with my bro! was totally intersting.. it covered more than 5 halls.. i'm not too sure how many also! haha.. there were people from japan, france, italy, australia, china, singapore, and many many more.. different kind of food and drinks from different countries! i had sakae! and i don't like it! ha.. and dat person even gave me a 30% alcohol sakae.. after hearing dat i didn't dare to drink! haha.. there's a kind of fruit called 'finger lime' originated from australia.. and i guess its genetically modified.. it looks like a chilli but a rougher surface and its segements are like lime.. but each peel is like rounded.. like fish roe / carviar.. around 3x larger than a carviar.. its sour, but the taste is rather refreshing.. more citrus taste than a normal lime! COOL! but i didn't take picture! :x

there's a section of it having a competition.. and its really nice.. there's different catagories.. wedding cake ( they have to include 3 cakes, layered up or sth), one is that they have to make sculptures using mazipan, fondant, sugar, chocolate and stuffs.. means every part of it have to be edible. there's one is that they have to make 2 cold and 2 hot desserts and present.. very interesting to see different kinds of presentation.. :) see below! :D shall stop here! see the pictures! but promise me you'll not drool over your key board! heehee! :P
